Prestige Life: Idle Tycoon — Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Prestige Life: Idle Tycoon (“the Game”), published by Math Games Studio (“we”, “us” or “our”), and what choices you have.
In short: the Game has no accounts and asks for no name, email address or phone number. Your progress is saved on your own device. We use Google’s services to understand how the Game is played and to show ads, and those services collect some device and usage data, described below.
1. Information stored on your device
- Game progress — your money, businesses, career, homes, vehicles, goals and story progress.
- Names you type in the Game — the name you give your character and the character’s daughter.
- Settings — your language and notification preference.
This information stays on your device. It is not sent to us and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data in your device settings deletes it.
2. Information collected automatically
a) Analytics
The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to learn how it is played, so we can balance it and fix problems. It collects:
- an app-instance identifier and, where available, your device’s advertising ID;
- device information such as model, operating system version, language and country (derived from your IP address);
- gameplay events, such as starting a session, reaching a new wealth class, buying a business, viewing a story scene, watching an ad or opening a notification.
The names you type in the Game are never included in these events.
b) Advertising
The Game uses Google AdMob to show rewarded video ads, which you always choose to watch. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device information and data about the ads you see, in order to deliver, measure and, where you allow it, personalise ads.
c) Purchases
When in-app purchases are available, the payment is handled by Google Play (or the Apple App Store) and verified through RevenueCat. We receive which product was bought, the store, a transaction identifier and an anonymous purchase identifier, so that purchases can be delivered and restored. We never receive your card number or billing details.
d) Notifications
If you allow notifications, the Game schedules reminders on your device itself. No push-notification service is used and nothing is sent to a server for this.
The Game does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
3. How the information is used
- To understand how the Game is played, improve its balance and fix bugs.
- To show rewarded ads and measure them.
- To deliver and restore in-app purchases.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers
The following providers process data on our behalf or as described in their own policies:
- Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob — Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
- RevenueCat — purchase verification, RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
- Google Play and the Apple App Store — distribution and payments.
5. Your choices
- Consent in Europe. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personal data is used for advertising. You can change your answer at any time in the Game under Settings → Privacy options.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads). On iOS, the system asks for your permission before the Game can use your advertising identifier.
- Notifications. You can turn reminders off in the Game’s settings or in your device settings.
- Ads. Every ad in the Game is optional; you can play without watching any.
6. Data retention and deletion
- Data stored on your device remains until you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
- Analytics data tied to an identifier is kept by Google for no longer than 14 months.
- Purchase records are kept as long as needed to restore your purchases and to meet legal obligations.
You may ask us to delete data relating to you by writing to the email address below. Because the Game has no accounts, we may ask for an identifier from your device to find your data. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children’s privacy
The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the GDPR in Europe or Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data in Türkiye), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
Data sent to our service providers is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
